So looking forward to what you will share, when you're ready. Moving is such a big thing! I hope you find everything you hope to there.

Thank you, Rita. It's quite promising, I have to say. I only wish we could have moved here at the start of spring to see the growing season unfurl but I can't complain really! Amazing to be in a space we knew from architectural plans, then 3-D modeling, then site visits in various stages of construction, and now to wake up here every morning. Pinch me!

Josh, thank you! No shortage of things to do and places to discover around here, hopefully we can do less setting up and cleaning next week, and more shooting and exploring!

We are 5 minutes away! Going to go when my classical music loving friends are in town with their families in August. Looking forward to that!

Congrats on the move. Let's plan to meet in Catskill - or your place - when you are all setup!

Congratulations on the move. You are now deep in the heart of the landscape of my American roots. While some of my family came to Boston in the tumultuous early days of that colony, still other branches travelled up the Hudson River. I look forward to hearing about your adventures.

Thank you, John! The move will feel a bit more complete once August in full swing as we are back and forth to NJ to tie up loose ends, but so happy to be getting rooted in this new spot. Your family history is wide ranging and so interesting, wow!

I remember the year we moved up here to the country from the big smoke. We came up every weekend and then back to the grind on Monday. We were so thankful to finally arrive full time.

Yes, most people will find wonderful stories from the past if they look into their family history. Perhaps my most interesting connection is with Mary Dyer, often referred to as the Quaker Martyr, who was hanged in Boston in 1660. Her story is more relevant at this very moment than it has ever been since she sacrificed her life in the name of religious freedom. If I had a vote in the upcoming election, I would definitely cast it in her name and honour.
